I am Los Angeles-based, offering private psychotherapy services to adults across the developmental spectrum.
My approach is attuned to your unique personality, beliefs, emotional needs, interpersonal style, personal goals, and readiness for change. I lead with psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and mindfulness-based treatment methods. I aim to support your own creative freedom to explore your self and life.
I will assist you in developing a comprehensive understanding of the factors impacting your mental health. Collaboratively, we will establish integrative strategies to alleviate distress, renew capacity for secure attachments, and increase your agency for self-regulation and fulfillment.
My clinical experience includes treatment to those with depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, psychiatric crisis, intimacy deficits, and sex-related problems.
Education
I earned my undergraduate degree from Northern Arizona University, attaining a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. At Northern Arizona University, I took special interest in humanistic studies and completed research associated with the assessment and conceptualization of life satisfaction.
I completed my graduate studies at Arizona State University, completing the Masters of Counseling program which is accredited by the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP).

Out of pocket expenses often range, and are determined by your personal insurance benefits and preferred payment methods. I am an Out-of-Network provider. I accept payment by credit or debit card.
