Mindfulness
This treatment aims to increase your ability to concentrate attention to your experience of the present moment. With mindfulness practice, you may increase insight to thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and qualities about yourself and environment. Mindfulness-based interventions will be used to increase emotional composure, objectivity within perceptions, and self-acceptance.
